At Endocrinology Associates, we have a CLIA-certified, high complexity Laboratory performing routine and specialty hormone testing and assays. Endocrinology Associates physicians and imaging technology staff are certified in nuclear medicine, bone density and ultrasound imaging services. Laboratory and Imaging services are available at both Scottsdale and Chandler locations.

The key to comprehensive quality control is the use of an in-house laboratory and imaging services. Having these services available is beneficial to patients and allows for timely, accurate, cost-effective laboratory testing and imaging.

Diagnostic Imaging and Treatment Services

At Endocrinology Associates we offer a variety of Diagnostic Imaging and Treatment Services. Some of these services can be seen below:

  • Preoperative and Postoperative Widefield Ultrasonography for thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer
  • PEI (Percantaneous Ethanol Injection) ablation therapy for thyroid and parathyroid cysts and cystic nodules; and ablation of thyroid cancer lymph nodes in the neck
  • Nuclear medicine services: Diagnostic (I-123) uptake and scan
  • Radioiodine (I-131) treatment for thyroid remnant ablation and adjuvant therapy for metastatic thyroid cancer
